This is a petition that states a list of complaints and demands that we the residents of Vantage want to see changed and reassessed.
1. We the Residents of Vantage haven’t been compensated or reimbursed for not being able to use any of the amenities throughout the building since the COVID-19 outbreak.
2. The security in our building (Vantage) is entirely to rude to our guests we invite to our home, as well as to the residents who live here. Many of our food delivery orders are never delivered, because of the miss treatment of the delivery drivers who drop food off to this building. I have witnessed more than three accounts of the security’s ill-treatment to the guests and residents who have come to this building (VANTAGE), delivery drivers often leave delivery food on the floor or on top of the trashcan because of their I’ll treatment. (There is no table is entry room so there’s no other place to put our food that we consume after being left on the floor or trashcan of a public space.
3. The hygiene in this building is horrible, specifically in the trash room and hallways there have been more than three accounts where we have seen insects, specifically roaches throughout the building.
4. We would like a full refund of the portion of our rent that includes the amenity fee. We would like to be reimbursed for all the months we were not allowed to use any of the amenities due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The residents should not be penalized, having to pay a portion of rent for amenities that we were not allowed to use.
