This is a petition that states a list of complaints and demands that we the residents of Vantage want to see changed and reassessed.

2. The security in our building (Vantage) is entirely to rude to our guests we invite to our home, as well as to the residents who live here. Many of our food delivery orders are never delivered, because of the miss treatment of the delivery drivers who drop food off to this building. I have witnessed more than three accounts of the security’s ill-treatment to the guests and residents who have come to this building (VANTAGE), delivery drivers often leave delivery food on the floor or on top of the trashcan because of their I’ll treatment. (There is no table is entry room so there’s no other place to put our food that we consume after being left on the floor or trashcan of a public space.
3. The hygiene in this building is horrible, specifically in the trash room and hallways there have been more than three accounts where we have seen insects, specifically roaches throughout the building.
4. We would like a full refund of the portion of our rent that includes the amenity fee. We would like to be reimbursed for all the months we were not allowed to use any of the amenities due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The residents should not be penalized, having to pay a portion of rent for amenities that we were not allowed to use.

I have spent my mornings documenting the state of the trash rooms and hallways to present to management. It is heartbreaking to see the place we call home fall into such disrepair while we continue to pay full price for missing amenities.

Seeing so many of my neighbors come forward to validate what I have been dealing with in this building is incredibly moving. This momentum proves that the mistreatment we endure is not something any of us should have to accept as normal living conditions.

My uber eats driver literally called me to say he was scared to come inside because the security guard was screaming at him. I had to walk outside in the rain to get my dinner. This is ridiculous.
I was charged extra fees for forgetting my keys and had to pay full rent without using any amenities during the whole pandemic.
