Why isn't there an animal abusers list that stops people who use their pet as a toy and even harm wildlife? When a peadophile abuses a child and mentally scars them, taking away their innocence they are put on the sex offenders list and closely watched for the rest of their life! Why doesn't this apply for the monster that torments a defenseless animal? Sign this petition to put a stop to the scumbags that hurt any thing with more then 2 legs!!!
