its about time! these sick people think they can just get away with it and get another pet right after. keep them away from animals forever.
They need to be on a list just like the others. Cruelty is cruelty.
I hope this actually happens. so many monsters out there doing terrible things and they just move to a new town and start over. makes me sick.
ABSOLUTELY. if you can hurt a dog or cat you have something seriously wrong with you. keep them off the streets.

People who hurt innocent animals are dangerous. We need to know who they are so they cant get their hands on another pet. Stop the cycle now.
