I say that an animal police service needs to be put in place and the rules need to be changed NOW.
We need tougher laws to protect our animals that have become family members in this new day and age to many of us. A life time ban should be given and there names put on public registrar for all to see. People that steal and kill our pets should have a prison term to justify such crime and added to the registrar as well. A number should be made that people can call to report there pet missing straight away so as the hunt to find them can happen there and then. Something needs to be done and I'm starting it with this petition. Please if you agree with what I am saying sign this to so as we can start the ball rolling. Enough is enough.

Pets thieves became a joke in UK. Polices do not give a toss about these crimes.
this needs to be looked at seriously, taking animals, killing them ,using them for bait and any other evil thing...how many get away with doing these things and dont get found out, it be children, and infirm people and old people next .YOU HAVE TO PROSECUTE PROPERLY ON FIRST OFFENCE IT WILL ONLY LEAD TO MPRE EVIL THINGS BEING DONE.. IF A DOG BIES SOMEONE IT GETS PUT DOWN NO SECOND CHANCES FOR THE ANIMAL IF IT IT BEEN PROVOKED.. SCUM GETS LOADS OF CHANCES.!! PLEASE TRY AND SORT IT NOW.
