We, the undersigned, sign this petition to make changes in laws pertaining to animal rights. Specifically pets and what the law says dealing with animal cruelty and abuse. We feel that all animals have a right to life. All too often people have little or no respect for animals. They place little value and do horrible things to them. Things that make no sense. We wish to change this and hold people more accountable for their actions. In our petition we are asking for the same punishment you give when humans harm humans. We want this for pets and wildlife. All life is precious and as such we are charged with taking good care of them. So we are here to be their voice and stop this madness.

its about time the laws actually reflect how much these animals mean to us. people get away with way to much when it comes to hurting defenseless pets. make the punishment match the crime!
