We believe that The Boombox Bakeshop, located at 502 Adelaide Street North, in London Ontario, should be able to open and operate at their location. They should be granted their minor variance to the City of London's by law Z.-1-97532. (Zoning by-law for restaurants). We believe this business will be a great addition to the Old East Village, and the City of London.
The bureaucratic process is draining and the silence from the city feels heavy some days. I am still putting together our argument for the committee despite the exhaustion. Your stories about why this shop matters are the only thing keeping me going.

London is such a joke with these zoning laws. Just let them bake their bread it is one shop not a stadium.

Old East needs more cool spots like this. The city needs to stop making it impossible for small businesses to survive.
