We, the undersigned, are patrons of The Broad Street Café, located at 1116 Broad Street Café in Durham, North Carolina. We value the Broad Street Café and its contributions to the community of Durham. The musical acts that perform at The Broad Street Café are a tremendous part of the dynamic cultural community that we as citizens of Durham are proud to represent. We urge the Durham Board of Adjustment to issue a Minor Use Permit to The Broad Street Café allowing it to have musical acts perform after 10 o’clock p.m.

We just hit 500 signatures and the Durham Board of Adjustment can no longer pretend we are not paying attention. It is time for these bureaucrats to quit stalling and give the Broad Street Cafe the permit they earned.

The Durham Board of Adjustment is betting we will lose steam before we hit our next goal. Send this link to your contacts right now because we need to prove them wrong before the meeting.

Ridiculous that they have to fight to keep playing music. Been going here for years and its never been a problem.

Durham needs more late night venues not less. Let them keep the music going.

This place is the heart of the neighborhood. Trying to shut down the music is just wrong.
