Many in the Town Center community have expressed their grievances with the current TCHOA board, only to fall on deaf ears. Therefore, the community has no choice but to petition to have the current board members, Lisa Dorn, Evelyn Swann, Nathan Bass, and Arnel Maldonado, removed in accordance of Article V, Section 3 of our HOA Bylaws. Also, we prohibit the board from voting on amendments to prohibit electronic signatures on petitions and to utilize TCHOA funds for attorney's fees or to take any legal action to fight this petition on behalf of the board. We are asking that you, as a community member, participate in this petition to enact the changes collectively we believe are best for our community. We want an HOA Board that listens to the community it serves.

TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A CHANGE!

The parking situation is absolutely ridiculous. "Visitor" should have never been placed on all the vacant spots, it gives the impression it is a TRUE Visitor space BUT visitors aren't allowed to park there and if they do, their car gets towed. MAKES NO SENSE!!!! The current parking is regulating having additional visitors at your home. We pay HOA fees for a reason and should be able to have guests as we choose without having to get temporary passes. My street has parking on ONLY one side of the street but we have houses on both sides, therefore, parking is already limited and not to mention now we have to have "Visitors" passes. I can't even park in front of my house. The current parking situation needs to revisited to something that makes alot more sense.

My question is how did we get the Board Members we have? I don't remember voting (or maybe I was asleep). We, too, have a problem with the parking situation as it stands. Everyone on our block seems to be terrified to park in front of their own residence. I have witnessed on two occasions when "Diamond Towing" snatched cars from their parking spots (in the middle of the day!) and disappeared in the wind. I telework 100% from home, so I do see a lot! I do agree we CAN take our community back! Just like the Board Members were voted in....they can be voted OUT!

I agree. We are on the same street. They should put parking on both sides. I can be towed while carrying a wheelchair in the house. Came out in enough time to ask him to drop it but still had to pay a drop fee. It's ridiculous. I'd rather them spend more time on loose dogs that crap in my yard and owners don't clean up.

I agree about the visitor parking. We misplaced our original visitor passes. When we called to ask about replacement, we were insulted and told that a replacement would cost over $100. When my mother visits, she has to park elsewhere and we shuttle her back and forth to her car. Ridiculous.

8504 Heathermore Blvd When are the board meetings? I did not receive that information when I purchased my home. That was a red flag.
