Tadlock Plantation neighborhood parties have become part of the neighborhood character and a tradition during Halloween, Christmas and Spring. This petition is to request an addendum to the current Articles of Incorporation for Tadlock Plantation Neighbors Inc. The addendum would include neighborhood parties under specific purposes of the Corporation and as such, allow a portion of Home Owner Association (HOA) dues be allocated to neighborhood parties. The portion of HOA dues allocated to neighborhood parties would be voted on during the annual HOA meeting or other HOA meetings throughout the year.
