Petition for Holiday Decorations for Balboa Point, Laguna Cove and Catalina Shores
Our community used to have a budget for Holiday Decor with lights and wreaths on the all the palm tree entries, the gates and individual entry signs. It has been over 6 years since our community has had decorations done professionally and we would like the HOA to use some of the HOA funds to pay for decorating our community with Holiday Decor. Residents please sign in favor of Holiday Decor funded by the HOA. Thank you.

We pay enough in dues every month that this should be a standard thing anyway. bring back the wreaths.
PLEASE!!! It makes the whole neighborhood look so much nicer and welcoming.
I believe we can accomplish a nice presentation without expending large sums of money. Afterall were not trying to light up our area like the Mormon temple in Mesa
Would love to see lights and am asking premier management and the balboa way hoa to approve funds for lights.
I think this is a great way to end the 2016 year, and bring in the 2017 New year!

its honestly kind of depressing how dark the entryway is during the holidays now. lets get some lights back up there.
