This is common sense. Murder investigations should automatically disqualify someone from being around kids. How is this even a question?
Seriously? who thought this was okay. absolutely ridiculous.
Completely agree. Keep kids safe first.
The state needs to get its act together. if you are accused of murder you have no business working with kids end of story.
Are they serious? Letting a murder suspect watch babies is literally insane. Protect the children immediately!

My kids arent safe if this happens in my neighborhood. fix this law now.
