Two toddlers sexually assaulted, one left beaten and bruised, yet somehow the states attorneys office has dropped neglect charges against the owner of the daycare at which these horrible events took place. The parents of one of the children involved were told their child " was too young to remember" the assault properly, and DCF dropped their case. Well we the signers of this petition say age shouldnt matter and knowledge equals neglect. The Florida States attorneys office MUST re-open this case and investigate properly ALL of the evidance and testimonies involved. This woman can not be allowed to just walk, potentially opening another daycare facility, and the state of florida MUST start putting into act laws which require all daycares be LISCENCED and monitored not just registered. Please help us bring justice to these kids!

The silence from the state attorney's office is deafening while these families continue to struggle with the fallout of what happened to their little ones. I am currently working with advocates to figure out how we force them to actually review the evidence they ignored the first time.

Seeing this momentum grow has given me such a sense of hope for the children who were failed by the system. Knowing that so many of you care about these babies just as much as I do makes me feel like we finally have a fighting chance for justice.

This makes me sick to my stomach. How can they just drop the charges?? Those babies deserve justice and that woman should never be allowed near a child again.
LOCK HER UP. DISGUSTING.
Unbelievable. Our system failed these families completely. Florida needs to get it together and hold these daycares accountable.
Seriously hope they reopen this case. If she did this once she will do it again somewhere else if they let her keep working.
My heart breaks for these parents. Too young to remember? Are you kidding me? A child is still a victim regardless of their age.

My kids went to daycare and this is my worst nightmare. Praying for these little ones and hoping the state actually does their job for once.
