Justice has failed, and the people demand that it be served. Knowing that the people shares this concern as much as I do, I call on them to help circulate this petition.
Section 1. Protecting the Innocents
Be it enacted by the people: Any individual formally charged with child sexual abuse, including but not limited to rape, shall not be eligible for bail under any circumstances and shall remain in custody until the final adjudication of their trial. This provision shall take effect immediately upon the filing of formal charges. No accused individual shall be permitted to evade justice or pose any further risk to the innocent. This measure shall constitute the initial and mandatory step to safeguard vulnerable members of society and to uphold the principles of justice.
Section 1.1. Due Process Safeguards Act
Upon the presentation of substantial evidence and credible witnesses, this process shall be immediately enforced to safeguard the community and protect victims from the defendant. In such proceedings, neither the defendant’s attorney nor any representative acting on behalf of the defendant shall have the authority to unilaterally determine the course of action. The defendant must be afforded the opportunity to be heard, and the ultimate determination as to whether such restraint is warranted shall rest exclusively with the judge or jury.

They should not get bail and be released. Especially if they’ve admitted it and there is no doubt. Should never get the chance to be on the run. I hope this helps.
This loser child molester belongs in jail for the rest of his life! There is no rebilitating these monsters. All child molesters should be castrated immediately. No mercy.
Family name can not give you the right to hurt a child, their family and more. He should have never been released!

My daughter is a victim in the case that started this petition. Her abuser was able to get bail due to a "good family name" and now he has jumped bail and could be anywhere. He hs threatened to run away with my daughter in the past. Help us keep other children safe so no family will ever have to go through this after us.
Anything to protect victims .

I was sexually abused as a child so I know how damaging that can be. Please keep these predators off the streets until after the trial.
