This is a petition to show support to Jacob Smith, a respected person in the community, and buisness owner. Charged with manufaction GHB, which is used for high level bodybuilding, Jacob purchased this off a on-line work out web page, not knowing it was illegal in California. We are asking for a smaller jail term.
The momentum behind this petition proves that people see right through these overreaching charges against Jacob Smith. It is time the prosecutors stop weaponizing a simple mistake to ruin a hardworking man's life.

Ridiculous he has to go to jail over a supplement he bought online. The real criminals are out there free. Leave him alone.

Everyone knows Jacob. He runs a clean business and works hard. Nobody deserves this for ordering workout stuff.

He didn't know. The law is confusing anyway. Let him get back to his business he has employees relying on him.
