This is a petition for Dominick Jung We understand the severity of his current case and that he maybe punished in accordance with the law, however, we also believe his actions were out of his character. He is a stand up citizen, and a better person than what is shown in his case. He is a hardworking family man who serves his community as well as a business man, owning his own company, and establishing many successful relationships with his clients. His company is in desperate need for him to operate day to day business tasks. Dominick Jung has made a mistake and we ask you to have mercy on him. Please give him another chance to prove his worth that he is more than capable of being part of society. We ask that you give him one final chance and assure you that he will not fail.  Thank you

He always helped out when anyone needed it. Seems like a waste to lock him up when he could be out here doing good.

Dominick is a good guy who just messed up. Everyone deserves a second chance at some point in their life.

He has been a pillar of the community for a long time. Hope the judge sees past the headlines and shows some mercy here.
