This petition states that you know Nicholas Bradford or his Family. And you disagree with the decision That the Fed. mandatory sentencing guide lines gave him and each person should be able to be judged differently.That you believe the young man has learned his lesson and deserves to come home. So young when he got arrested on drug charges. Because of Federal Laws he has been incarcerated for over 9years with 20 more years to go. Being only 19years old when he started doing the things that landed him this time, He wasn't aware of the the choices he was making. Coming from a family that had never had money and with the back ground of all the male figure's in his life,That has been in and out of prison because of drugs, he grew up not knowing any thing other then that.

He knows that he was doing wrong and he is Thankful that he did get arrested when he did because it has saved his life. He understands that he had to answer for the wrong decisions he made in life.If he has tocarry out the sentence that he was giving the by the time he gets out he will be to old to even try to start a family of his own . Nicholas was just a child when arrested and has grown into a wonderful man.Every person that does wrong in life has to answerfor thechoices they make. I agree , he agrees and im sure you agree, but Give the boy a chance at life instead of taking it from him.
