We, the undersigned residents and property owners in the 4th District of the City of Richmond, hereby respectively request that the proposed amendment to the Stony Point Community Plan to allow 282 multifamily units to be built on Parcel Northern L be denied as submitted. If the Planning Commission and City Council are so inclined to act favorably on this proposed amendment, then we strongly insist that the same multifamily residential requirements already in place on Parcel L be applied and enforced.

ENOUGH WITH THE OVERDEVELOPMENT. Richmond is getting way too crowded and nobody thinks about how this affects our schools and roads.

This amendment is a bad idea. Richmond city council needs to listen to the people actually living here instead of just the developers.

Keep the plan as it was intended. We bought our homes here because of the current zoning and it isnt fair to change the rules now.

Too many units for that space. It will ruin the character of the neighborhood completely.

Stony Point doesnt have the infrastructure for hundreds of new apartments. The traffic on Huguenot is already a nightmare during rush hour.

If they build those units they need to follow the same rules we all do. No shortcuts just to make a quick buck.
