The people cleaning our campus deserve the exact same respect and benefits as the professors. It is embarrassing that it has taken this long.
bout time. end the outsourcing now.
Treat them like real people and give them fair pay. Outsourcing is just a way to cut corners on human lives.
My office would be a mess without these guys. They work harder than most people I know and get treated like second class citizens. Fix it.
SOAS is supposed to be about justice. Start at home with the staff that keeps the place running every single day.

Why are we still doing this?? The inequality is so obvious and wrong. bring them in-house already.
