I really did not think this would gain so much traction when I started typing it out on my laptop during that rainy Tuesday morning. It feels surreal to see so many people who actually care about the speed of cars on Old Arcata Road because usually I just feel like I am shouting into the void while I wait for the bus. Now that the momentum is finally building we have to keep pushing to make sure the city officials actually pay attention to what we need.

JUST DO IT. People ignore the speed limit constantly and it really needs to slow down.
Finally. Its a neighborhood not a race track. Maybe this will actually make people look at their speedos.

Cars fly down this road all the time. It is super dangerous for people walking their dogs or kids on bikes. About time we did something.
