I never imagined the momentum would move this quickly and it honestly feels like things are shifting for the better at Lamar. Seeing so many people show up for President Evans really warms my heart because I know how much he truly cares about our community.

Lamar has only increased in student life and resources since President Evans has been in office.
I have know President Evans personally since my days as a Lamar University Ambassador and I will say that he has don’t great things since his entrance. He has a vision for Lamar Univeristy that simply did not have a chance to materialize before his leadership.
LU has been positively impacted by Dr. Evans’ great leadership. His strength, character and kindness are without question. He genuinely cares for the students, faculty and staff at LU, as well as the surrounding community.
Dr. Evans adds value and impact to Lamar, the community and Beaumont! I strongly support him as President and exceptional leader.
Dr. Evans has a huge heart for the LU and South Park Community! He has positively impacted lives on and off campus during his presidency. I support Dr. Evans.
A very fine leader who deserves much credit for the direction/accomplishments of Lamar University.
I support Dr. Evans.

President Evans works tirelessly for the betterment of Lamar and the community, as did his late wife Nancy Evans. Thank you Dr. Evans, we’re looking forward to more great things to come under your leadership!
