Non-Profit Organization is a New venue Located in a beautiful Refurbished Church Located on the Island in Cohoes,N,Y,.The Venue is looking to bring a unique setting in Cohoes,There is a Resteraunt,and can be used for weddings and special events.They would Also like to give local musicians/artists a venue to play at and support live music/arts,Appearently The best way to do this is to get the support of the community,So Please if you Support new business and a Place for musicians to perform,Take a Second and sign our Petition! Would be great to gig in the vicinity of the glory days of my youth ... down the hill at The Intermediate Baseball Field ;)
I have seen this Venue and it is breath taking. The upstairs venue space is a must see. The down stairs venue is very relaxing and charming. Everyone should go see for your self what I'm talking about. This is one of the must sees in Cohoes.
This is creative re-use of space and beautifully done. I live right right near here & would love to have a space like this in my neighborhood. I think this is a great venture for Cohoes and I fully support it as a resident of the 6th ward.
A lot of passion went into the restoration of this beautiful house of worship. If we don't find useful uses for these beautiful buildings, they won't be around for long.
The owners did a beautiful job making Sacred Heart into something people can enjoy and still have what I consider a land mark o the island. This was my parish growing up. I would hate to think there are people trying to block people from making something of it for selfish reasons.
With so many beautiful places being torn down, it is fantastic to see an old neighborhood have what was old life resurrected in it with revenue producing for the community :)

Always looking for a place to go to listen to good music. Looking for places that start music early (6:00 pm) for the older folks, instead of late.
