A proposal for installation of the Opticom Emergency Preemption System
For Georgetown County, SC [Sign only if you are a Georgetown County Resident]
The Opticom System allows for emergency vehicles to control traffic lights which will drastically reduce response time as they respond to emergency situations
The system will encompass all of Georgetown County and is supported by all county fire Chiefs.
The cost will be $3.00 per year per taxable property. The annual cost of the system is guaranteed by Opticom for a ten year period.

Yes! Get this done. $3 is nothing if it helps get the ambulance here faster. Should have happened years ago.

Every second counts when someone is in trouble. This is a no brainer for our county and protects the guys in the trucks too.
