Final supporters
My signature below indicates my support for a permanent bar to be established by Bomboras Torquay on the viewing deck roof top of the Fisherman’s Beach Angling Club and Bomboras Café building. I would like my support to be recognised by any relevant authorities including but not limited to The Great Ocean Road Coastal Committee, Department of Environment, Land water and Planning, The Surfcoast Shire, Victorian Commission for Gambling and liquor Control Regulation when deciding on any application made by Bomboras. Furthermore I encourage any relevant authorities to place equal weight on my level of support as they would to any objection to the venue.

I have consolidated the current petition data to present to the Surfcoast Shire planning department. Meetings with the relevant committees are now being scheduled to address the specific zoning requirements for the rooftop deck.

A stunning venue in Torquay that needs to be enjoyed by locals and tourists alike. Not everyone has the privilege of being able to drink a wine on their own balcony whilst staring at the ocean and listening to music. Why take this opportunity and experience from the people?
Iam a family man, wife 3 boys,and 10 grandchildren. (Age76) lived in Torquay 46 years. My wife Marjorie and i used the bar several times over the summer. Fantastic, please let the bar open this year.
As a local parent of an 18 year old Autistic young man, our family loves this inclusive venue and the integrity of the locals who run it. We want it to stay, it's part of the fabric of our everyday community.
My family and I are local residents of Jan Juc and wholeheartedly support this venture by a couple of local guys who have a proven track record of responsibly developing AND managing hospitality venues that benefit both the local community and the crucial tourist trade the surfcoast so depends on.
I am in full support of the Bomboora's Fisho's beach bar. The showed over 16/17 summer season that they could appropriately manage the balance between respecting the neighbourhood and a flourishing trade.
I love this place
Bar is great for our community over warmer months, great use of otherwise unused space.

Having a house three doors down, we were not disturbed at all and LOVED having you open!!! Keep fighting, Torquay needs this, you created a fabulous relaxed and welcoming vibe for all! Please don't give up!
