Please show your support to help us gain permission for our outside seating area. We feel it will be a great addition to southsea and want to give the public more variety, as there is not much choice this End of southsea beach. We would appreciate your support so please sign the p
The local council is reviewing our request for the outdoor seating area this week. Post this link on your Facebook page and text three friends to keep the momentum high. We need them to see that this neighborhood wants more options for the beach.

Can we count as two votes please, please discount parking objections the area has always been a nightmare, think about when there were all hotels there 10 plus vehicles per building then council staff. Anybody who can convert apublic loo and make an excellent job of it deserves all the help he can get !!!!

This is a wonderful little place but would benefit greatly from an outdoor seating area. It would be great for those walking dogs on the common and even for the many people I regularly see playing sports on the common.

Portsmouth needs cafre's resturant in open spaces. Let's try to make it a bit more like Brighton. Where alfresco dinning is everywhere and folk flock in. Portsmouth is a boring city and needs more modern life injecting into it. Let's take away it bad reputation and make it a cosmopolitan place to visit

This is a great local business and would only be enhanced by an outside seating area. There is plenty of room and it would not cause any issues. I live very close by and would welcome this.

Why on earth wouldn't/shouldn't they be granted permission. Its completely fitting to the stunning building they they rescued and and essential addition. If we can have tables & chairs outside of cafe's in high streets, there is ample space at the tearooms without intruding on any space whatsoever. Best of Luck

My friend and I were just at Parade tea room yesterday and saying how lovely it would be to sit outside in the summer with tea and cake whilst giving the babies a chance to run around.

The land outside of the Tea rooms, is used by the public and it would be nice to have a small amount of space allocated for larger wheelchairs, larger Prams and Dog walkers, so they may also enjoy the Parade Tea rooms.
The space is there to be enjoyed by the public and it would be far nicer to have chairs to sit upon whilst having tea!
The elderly and others can find themselves isolated and this would be a fine way to add to community sharing.

It would be great for the area to have some outdoor seating, and with a lot of green space around, the local impact will be minimal.
