Background
Kilroy’s is a full-service restaurant seeking to locate at the southwest corner of Guilford and Broad Ripple Avenue. It will be a non-smoking establishment, open for lunch and dinner daily.
The restaurant allows patrons under the age of 21 in the same manner as other restaurants in the Broad Ripple area. Kilroy’s plans to have an outdoor patio area for dining and has all zoning approvals necessary to open.
With several recent restaurant closings in the vicinity, including Barley Island this summer, we believe Kilroy’s will be an attractive and needed addition to the Broad Ripple community.
Statement of Support
We, the undersigned, who are at least 21 years old, believe there to be a need for a new restaurant at this location and would like Kilroy’s to be issued Permit No. RR4910970 so that it can offer its restaurant goods and services in the community and provide for greater balance between restaurant and bar offerings at this location and have therefore placed our signatures to this Petition.

We hit one hundred signatures today. My eyes are tired from staring at this screen but seeing this many people pull for a local business makes the strain feel worth it.

Seriously? Stop messing with local businesses that actually bring people into the area.
Kilroys is the best spot in Broad Ripple. Leave it alone.
Broad Ripple wont be the same without it. Keep the permit so we can actually enjoy our weekends.
Ridiculous. Everyone goes there. Why try to shut them down now???
