We all know the local shops are dieing a death in Chester. So I say good luck to you sir !
We should definitely be able to purchase alcohol if we want to it is our own rights and as it is a convenient store on the way out of Chester city centre ideal for picking up a bottle of wine

Need a drink on the way home after work and Boughton Express is the perfect spot for it. Makes sense to just let them sell it stop making things so hard for local business owners.
