I was just staring at the screen and realized how much this has exploded since I first typed out my frustration about those support gaps. It feels surreal knowing so many people actually get why we need to extend this through thirty because honestly I thought I was shouting into a void about how these kids just get left behind after graduation.

Funding in support of autistic individuals beyond high school age should be available to those families that do not have the means to provide it privately.
clear and simple, education and skills are much cheaper than long term care. May not work for everyone but for those it could help we all win.
"Ubuntu" An African philosophy that basically means: How can any one of us be happy when the others are sad. I am what I am because of who we all are. We are all connected.

I agree that additional education support should be extended. My son has autism spectrum and the MTI program at his high school is not offered to exceptional because they cant provide one on one assistance.
