The undersigned, being a resident of the City of University Heights, hereby supports the Special Use Permit/Variance Application submitted by University Realty USA, LLC, the record owner of the real property located at 4380 University Parkway, University Heights, Ohio (the "Property"), to allow the subject Property to be utilized as a House of Worship with residential quarters on the second floor.
The undersigned further requests that the City of University Heights grant all necessary approvals to allow for the proposed use of the subject Property as a House of Worship with residential quarters on the second floor.

seems like a sensible use for the building. hope this goes through soon so they can get started.
This property has been empty way too long. Be nice to see it turned into something useful for the community.
It will be nice to have a house of worship in the neighborhood again. Always better than a vacant building.
University Heights needs this permit approved ASAP. Its a great plan!

Why is the city making this so difficult? Just approve the variance already.
