In less than a year, two accidents have occurred where pedestrians have been hit by cars on Chester Road. Our streets are dark, they are dangerous, and because of this people are getting hurt and even killed. Something so simple can make our roads safer at night, we need street lights! People who do not have cars must walk on these roads at night to get to work, the store, etc. They need to be able to travel safely.
