We, the undersigned, are opposed to the State of North Carolina, Gaston County and the operators of the P & N Railroad hauling biofuel, gasoline or any other flamable or dangerous chemicals through Gaston County.
I wake up every single morning thinking about the train tracks near my house and the nightmare of a chemical spill. People keep telling me their own stories of fear about these hazardous loads, and those stories prove we are right to push back against this danger.

Seeing this kind of momentum brings me back to the nights I spent worrying about the safety of my own backyard. It is clear that I am not the only one who refuses to let these hazardous materials roll through our quiet neighborhoods. We are building a force that cannot be ignored by those in charge.
