The people have spoken and our momentum is terrifying the bureaucrats at Port Freeport. They thought they could steal our land in the dark but this surge of opposition proves we are watching their every move.

RR NOT good for Jones Creek. Will damage rural land, come too close to historic SFAustin site, impact flooding, disrupt bird & animal preserve, noise pollution, too close to local school, & disrupt rural life style that citizens bought property for !
This rail is all about profit for petrochemical companies and special interests over people and environment. Less than 60 miles of track projected to be close to $1 Billion dollars.
No rail coming through FM 2918 into the wild life refuge!
No railroad through fort bend county
There is nothing positive, except for big business, in this plan!!

If this goes through it will cost land owners with livestock so much time and money. It will reduce property values and harm wildlife areas.
