We the residents of Philadelphia and it's visitors are sick of the Philadelphia Parking Authority disrespect and fraudulent collection practices. For years our Mayor and City Council have set back and let them rob us blind and done noting to stop it. The buck stops here, we have strength in numbers and by signing this petition we want the Mayor and City Council to: 1. Set a 2 yr statue of limitations on all parking tickets. 2. Limit the penalties for late payment of parking tickets.
