THEY ARE THE WORST.
The PPA makes it impossible to even park in my own neighborhood anymore. They need a reality check.
Finally someone is doing something about these vultures. They sit on corners waiting for your meter to be one minute late just to slap a ticket on your windshield. It is pure robbery.
Ridiculous how they just keep piling on fees. It is like they profit off us struggling. Enough is enough.
total scam. i got a ticket from 3 years ago that i never even got in the mail and now it is hundreds of dollars. fix this nightmare!!

city council needs to wake up and see that regular people cant afford these crazy fines. stop letting them ruin our lives over parking.
