This complex would overcrowd the street with vehicle parking as well as influencing the single family homes
property value.
We believe the building of this complex would compound the already poor sewage && flooding issues we have on
Hamilton Ave.
We started this petition to stop the building of a 10 unit complex in our single home neighborhood.

If you want to build something, build a house. Why an apartment complex on a residential street? Why try to devalue our neighborhood??
This complex will not only bring down our property value but will add problems to the already problematic flood, sewage backup issues and limited parking.
Schools are already crowded!!

This has been a family oriented nighborhood and bringing this type of development to an area that was designed to single family homes can only have a negative impact in all areas including traffic, crime, and home value. We like our neighborhood the way it is, as that is why we decided to move here in the first place.
