This petition is to stop the bill our senate intends to pass by October thirtieth of 2011, which will group the three technical schools of Delaware together under one state school board. The school board will consist of that of an other public schools. ( Cr is a major candidate )This will barley save even 70,000 dollars according to the poly tech report. So all citizens of Delaware by signing this petition oppose bill 5 and the inevitable neglect of Poly tech.`s school system.
