Gov. Scott has backed a 92% e-cigarette tax and the House has already passed it. This tax will be charged on all juice and vape accessories, this bill is so ridiculous that it will impose the 92% tax on e-juice containing NO NICOTINE. We need to fight this any way possible so we are starting with this online petition, your signature will help to show our senators that the people they represent feel this is unfair and unnecessary.
