This is just an overall poorly written bill and adults should have the freedom to choose if they wish to vape or not. There are much safer products and technologies emerging in this field, and I feel the legislators propositioning this are ill-informed and acting with prejudice. The people do not want this!

Because of vape product I was able to get people that were smoking 2 packs a day down to half a JUUL pod. This tax will force them back to a very unhealthy lifestyle and is unwanted by many

How about instead of doubling the price of legal buyers you make the sellers do their jobs and check IDs. This is clearly just another scheme for Vermont to take more money in Taxes in an already failing state.

Vermont has more teens drinking alcohol than it does vaping. Drinking is more of a problem. Smoking hookahs and cigarettes is more of a problem. Smoking cannabis and snorting cocoaine and taking Adderall not prescribed to them is more of a problem. Stop unjustified taxation on a product that is saving adult lives with your fake teenage epidemic. My teenager graduated from Rutland high, I know the kinds of things teens in Vermont are doing and vaping is the least of your problems.
