The goal of this Petition is to get the 92% tax imposed on vape products and vape paraphernalia in the state of Vermont repealed. Please do not allow big tobacco to take away your rights to vape affordably in your home state! We need to get as many signatures as possible. If you feel the 92% tax on all vape products and vape paraphernalia is unjust please sign the petition and we are going to send it to Governor Scott immediately!

im still grinding away drafting the letter we are going to send over to the governors office. its honestly wild hearing from so many people who feel like this tax is just pushing local shops to the brink.

the momentum behind this is wild and honestly i didnt expect it to take off like this. seeing so many people fired up about this tax is exactly what we need to show the state office that this isnt going away.

SERIOUSLY VT? STOP PUSHING US BACK TO CIGS.
I smoked cigarettes for 20 years and tried everything to quit... right down to hypnosis and acupuncture and nothing worked. Currently I have not smoked in 7 months because of e-cigs and vape products. This tax is crushing to me and sends a message that you do not care about the people using these products responsibly to help better themselves. What should I do now? Go back to smoking since it’s more affordable?
Give VT vapers a break please!

92 percent is just robbery. I switched to vaping to save money and stop the cancer sticks but now it costs almost the same. fix this.
