Not only the points that are listed in this petition, but the addition of asphalt at this location will create more runoff which is an issue in an area that is already prone to flooding, not to mention they will have to put in a septic system near the existing water wells. Building anything at the current location is not smart, practical, or safe.

The main problem is LaGuna Tres has private roads and Tommy's does not have permission to use them. We stand by this position and have no plans to allow Tommy's use of them. There have been several accidents and deaths that have occurred at our two entrances, we do not need additional traffic.

This is an awful location for a gas station for the reasons listed. Plus, the turnouts onto 51 are already difficult and dangerous due to increased traffic, this will create another issue of blocking sight. They won’t be able to widen the road because it’s so close to the bridge. This will be a disaster for all residents of Laguna Tres.

We do not need more traffic around our edition on to hey 51. A man was critically injured this past week by someone who didn’t see him pulling out onto hwy.

This will decrease or property value, cause a traffic issue for the traffic in and out of hunter park. Tommy’s is also know for it’s trash around its stores which will end up in our neighborhood. More importantly, those underground gas containers are very near our water supply for the neighborhood!

Will sadly bring vagrants digging around in dumpsters like the Dollar General up the street (I've seen them!), even more traffic from Hunter Park and the music venue going in at Warren's Backyard next door (beer runs!?), more potential crime, litter and unwanted attention to our neighborhood as well! No No No Tommy's!

I oppose the building of a Tommy's Convenience Store with “Underground Petroleum Tanks”, near our drinking water wells, located at 102 Weatherford Hwy, Granbury Texas 76049. The site plan filed with Texas DOT, indicates use of one of Laguna Tres private roads without our permission or remuneration for their business purposes. This business will create extremely unsafe traffic volumes on Hwy 51, safety hazards for residents entering /exiting on Hwy 51, with the possibility of spillage of gasoline into our drinking water, and in case of a fire will prevent evacuation of the residents in Laguna Tres Estates.

For safety of my neighborhood and my friends and family who visit it, I am NOT in favor of the construction of Tommy’s on Hwy 51 next to Laguna Tres. It will exacerbate the already dangerous traffic at both of the neighborhood entrances.
