No to widening. Even during school drop-off and pick-up times, as well as the 5-6pm hour, I never have a problem with congestion. I might wait an extra 30 seconds - 1 minute more during the worst of it, but I use that time to enjoy and admire the beautiful trees and peaceful neighborhood!

Pulling onto a three lane street with a turning lane from the side streets is much more dangerous and much more likely to increase accidents, which causes a traffic problem that currently does not exist. We do not want Chenoweth Lane to be a Breckinridge Lane!

I do not think that Widening Chenoweth will help. There are homes so close to the street. Instead, widen Westport where it crosses the tracks. Or make the road by Mary T aquatics center more of a major artery with a light on Frankfort.

This would greatly impact the walk ability of our neighborhood, making it less pedestrian friendly and therefore less family friendly; not to mention the destruction of beautiful trees. The city of St. Matthews should not allow this to happen.

Please DO NOT widen Chenoweth Lane. Our home is right on the street and the noise, safely and value of this area would be greatly diminished. I also believe that the average speed people would travel would increase even more as well.

Leave Chenoweth Lane alone! We do not need another street widened. When Westport Rd was widened it turned into a highway, not safe for walkers or cyclists. Spend money on more sidewalks and cross walks.

Not necessary, neighborhood community, and would be millions of tax payers dollars wasted. Use the $ for schools!

Widening Chenowith would ruin the area and invite more traffic. There is absolutely nothing wrong with leaving it as is.
