Racetrac is attempting to obtain the property at SR 436 and Hanging Moss Road to build a 24/7 gas station. If this is allowed to happen it will create more crime, lighting and noise nuisance, flooding challenges, decreased property value and become an eyesore for our beautiful community nestled around the Winter Park Pines Golf Course. The Orange County Planning and Zoning Board meets April 19th. After that the Orange County Commissioners will meet on June 5th to decide if the Racetrac will be allowed to build. Please help us stop this horrendous station from being built and protect our neighborhood.
