I am completely opposed to the Racetrac gas station on SR 436. As a realtor in the area for the past 15 years I know from past experience that putting in a gas station near a beautiful subdivision as ours will greatly decrease the property values of our homes. In addition to that their is more noise and light pollution and ruin the wildlife in our community. Putting in a Racetrac gas station will only decrease our property values and I am completely against it.

The proposed 24-hour RaceTrac facility will bring 24 hours of noise and crime. We have done our homework and know this to be factual. Please abide by the original zoning formulated for this tract of land in the master plan so that our beautiful neighborhood, complete with its abundant wildlife, remains the ideal place of respite for its many occupants that it has always been and is intended to be.

As a nearby property owner, I am opposed to the Racetrac @SR436 proposal. I believe their is a real danger of runoff/flooding to my property as well as additional noise, light pollution. This proposal would be a detriment to our peaceful community.

This is an example of worse-case neglection of environmental responsible and Orange County allowing metastasizing development. Show up at their door, speak up face-to-face. I say if everyone who will be negatively effected goes into Ruckus mode, POLITICIANS will bite their nails and re-think. Stopping such &$@! now requires no-let up direct action.

I am opposed to a zoning change that would allow a Racetrac to be built at 436 & Hanging Moss. We have plenty of commercial development in that area.

It directly impacts my backyard. It will increase noise pollution to 24/7 round the clock noise. With the destruction of the shrub barrier there can a increase people cutting through the golf course at any hour. I will have headlights in my back room windows. It will also impact golfers who play at the Winter Park Pines golf course. It will cut the trees down along the 7th fairway. Increasing noise, decrease the sucluded feel and take away from your leisure time playing the sport you love.
I am asking anyone who plays the Winter Park Pines Golf Course or lives in Winter Park/Orlando Area to sign this petition and prevent the rezoning from happening.

We already have flooding on holes four thru seven without the development of the property parallel to hole number seven.

I live in this neighborhood near the proposed site and do not want this Racetrac to be built. As ice as it would be to have a closer gas station, it is not worth the negative impacts on the neighborhood.

My primary residence since 1980 has been 1123 Fairway Drive. I oppose the zone change and encourage Orange County to deny request.

I am absolutely, unequivocally against changing the future land use of this property from Professional-Office to Commercial to allow for the construction of a Racetrac gas station which will have a direct and lasting negative impact on the existing residential neighborhood. The very reason that this land is currently zoned as Professional - Office and not Commercial is the foresight that a build such as this on this site would not only be inappropriate but irresponsible.

There are sufficient numbers of service stations on SR436 without construction another eyesore and gathering place in this area.
