This petition serves as a formal request from the Landings Residents on Skidaway Island to The Landings Association (TLA) Board to commence with the following actions:
- Immediately cease spending additional association funds towards the efforts of the proposal to succeed from unincorporated Chatham County to create the City of Skidaway Island until a formal written vote by TLA Residents has approved such expenditures.
- The Landings Association Board to provide TLA residents with a complete and current accounting of association funds spent on incorporation efforts as of the date this petition is formally submitted to The Landings Association Board. The accounting reports to also include funds received/spent from non-TLA funds in support of the efforts to create the City of Skidaway Island.
- Provide written support from South Harbor, Marshes of Skidaway, and non-gated community residents in support of succeeding from unincorporated Chatham County to become the City of Skidaway Island to the Landings residents.
Please provide your name, street address, and signature if you are in agreement with the details stated in this petition. Petitions will be submitted to The Landings Association President and Board prior to the TLA Town Hall meeting scheduled for October 2, 2018.
