Please help us in stopping the development of Keane Lane and Wabash Avenue. The building of these apartments will not only reduce property values in the area but also create a huge safety concern. The area is not capable of accommodating the increased traffic flow and will create bottle necks and unsafe intersections.

Keep this neighborhood single family houses only. We dont need high density apartments here!!!
I would consider leaving the district should apartments be approved for this site.
This will cause more unsafe traffic conditions on Wabash due to cars entering Keene lane. This is a quite single family home community, the property is not suitable for a multifamily unit.
This location would create a hazardous situation traffic-wise. It would be very difficult to get out onto Hwy 40. Increased risk for accidents!! Not in the communities best interest.
Too many accidents on 40 in front of the Woodridge neighborhood. This development will contribute to the safety risks.
Not a good idea.

The traffic there is already a nightmare during rush hour. Adding more cars is just asking for accidents at that intersection.
