We hereby request that rezoning not be approved. 1) It will damage the residential nature of the existing neighborhood. 2) The resulting traffic would be horrendous. 3) Property values would suffer. 4) Cascade Hills subdivision would see hundreds of cars using the subdivision as a shortcut to Campbellton Rd. 5) Not to mention impact on schools and other resources in the area. 6) There are three (3) apartment complexes in the area already.

I have spent the last few days meeting with planning commission staff to review the zoning application details. We are currently drafting a formal letter for the council members that outlines the specific infrastructure concerns regarding traffic flow and school capacity.

The scale of this response confirms the level of community opposition to the Cascade Road rezoning plan. I am currently finalizing a formal letter to the planning department to ensure this data is entered into the official record before the next zoning board hearing.

this massive site would cause congestion and deteriorate the existing homes values
This would be a deservice to the apartment tenants as well as to the homeowners of Cascade Hills.

Build it on Fulton Ind Blvd. There are lots of vacant sites there that will not cause the traffic nightmares and affect the property values of this SD.
