Build it on Fulton Ind Blvd. There are lots of vacant sites there that will not cause the traffic nightmares and affect the property values of this SD.

I agree with the homeowners of Cascade Hills Subdivision opposing the planned rezoning of land at Old Cascade Rd and Cascade Rd for the construction of a 482 unit apartment complex.
