Recently, the PUSD school board recommended the reassignment of Hart Middle School's Principal Terry Conde. Her "student's first" mentality is a rare treasure among school administrators and something our school should not lose. She is always available and willing to hear what a student needs to thrive and succeed. And most importantly, she is unapologetic for putting our kids first. In order to keep Terry Conde we need a majority of parents to align on the importance of her leadership to our children.

We hit 250 signatures and the PUSD board still thinks they can ignore us. Terry Conde is the only reason this school functions and these bureaucrats need to stop playing games with our children's future.

My son graduated from Hart 6 years ago and Terry Conde still comes to mind every time I drive by Hart. She took the time to talk to him with such compassion when he struggled to find balance during a tough time in our lives. Let her be the example of what's good in this school district.
Our encounters with Mrs Conde have been always very pleasant, helpful and given us the impression that Hart as an institution cares about our new comer middle schooler! She is a very visible and present principle!
Terry Conde is one of the most supportive principals I have ever worked with. A reassignment doesn't make sense to me, nor does ît seem to make sense to the superintendent and the board since they are unable or unwilling to provide concrete reasons for their decision.
I approached Terry as a parent with a school safety concern, a few years ago. She was very open and helpful. She took my concern seriously and took action. Too bad politics is allowed to plays such a large role in education.
I've been a Hart parent for 8 years and an educator for 21 years. Terry Conde has always done a magnificent job running things at Hart Middle School-a job that is demanding and difficult. She deserves to keep her job.

Since the information given to the parents is quite vague about why they want to move her, I vote for her to stay! She appears to care very deeply about the children at Hart Middle School and is dedicated to their wellbeing, as a parent, that's all that truly matters.
