Our experience of Mrs Conde has always been extremely positive and focused on providing a positive environment for students. Can PUSD be specific about exactly how this change will add value to the school and it's students? If not, she should be allowed to stay in post.

Mrs Conde is a wonderful principal!! She listen and support the parents and students of Hart.
Our family all support keeping Mrs. Conde as Harts principal!!!

Teachers union...as educators, you are someone who inspires students .... if teachers couldn't work out their grievances with discussion a series of compromises, humble and compassion, could parents trust their kids education in your hand?

No more principal turnover! It's been quite a lot in our district these past few years. It's a disturbance image on PUSD. Can't believe that there are that many wanna be politician in a school district. Should practice it somewhere else other than in education arena.

I have my third child just starting Hart. I had no issues with the way she ran the school during the past 4 years. I welcome consistency as my youngest constantly had turnover with Principals. As the saying goes,"if its not broken, then why fix it". Administrator needs to keep their nose on bigger issues such as budgets not on quality personnel that has been in her position for years. Stop bullying her! Administration you are not leading by example that is why our society is how it is - too political! You stay in downtown Pleasanton and let Ms. Conde stay in Hart!

No more principal turnover! Do not reward "squeaky wheels" by reassigning a principal that hundreds of others feel is doing a fine job. Adults should be expected to work out their grievances by discussion and compromise, not removing people from their jobs.

Terry is a very good principal and has done a lot for this School.
Please don't let this happen. Per my experience in Donlon, it has been a nightmare changing Principals every year.... NOT RIGHT!

Miss Conde is an asset to Hart middle school and works well with the vice principles, counselors and parents. She has supported me and my son several times. Maybe you should look at those teachers and get rid of them instead.

As a father of a son in seventh grade and a daughter who is a previous Hart alumni, I have had the ability to watch Mrs. Conde lead this school to excellence. In this time, it is difficult to find a principal as dedicated to improving the school and helping the students as she is. She always makes sure to help each student feel comfortable on campus. Her compassion and her dedication to this school is easily seen through the progress that Hart has made over the years. Mrs. Conde is a very important part of Hart Middle School, as I believe that if given the chance she can continue to pushing the school and it's students towards more success.

Terry Conde is an excellent principal who always advocates for students best interests. She has a razor-sharp focus on the schools' academic achievement as well as students' social and emotional development during this key time of their lives. With such great parental support for Terry Conde, this matter begs the question as to why a change would be necessary? It would be a grave mistake to allow District politics to cause such an upheaval to the Hart Middle School community, especially considering all the Donlon students who have had a new principal nearly every year since kindergarden! I sincerely hope that the PUSD and school board will stop this circus and get back to the very important business of overseeing our students' education.
