Have a factory come to the said area, we lost Hackney from Dale ave to stubborn greedy politics . Turned that site into a soccer complex. Great for parents of kids that play soccer, how much has it helped people needing jobs or tax coffers?? And the same county mayor who said spending 250,000 Dollars for finishing the BMX complex off Moody in south Knoxville now says 60 to 80 million in 30 to50 years of bonds is good for Knoxville?? We don't think so!!! Keep your Paw's off Taxpayer dollars except for real needs. We can't get venues to come to Knoxville now because of the 27 percent hotel motel tax that is/has paid for the money pit called Thompson Bowling Arena.

If they want to build a stadium that's fine but don't do it with taxpayer money. I'm driving on roads full of holes. Homeless are holding up signs at nearly every intersection. Not that high of a percentage even LIKE baseball. But if course they'll push this through because only the rich get their say in politics.

NO stadium tax. Put it to a vote if you think it's such a great idea. Oh wait you wont because you know the people will say NO.

Enough with the corporate handouts. Fix the potholes on Kingston Pike instead of building toys for millionaires. We are tired of paying for things we dont want.

We already pay enough in property taxes. Where is the money for schools going??? Stop wasting our cash on baseball when people are struggling to pay rent.

Just another way for the city to line their pockets while the rest of us deal with traffic and rising costs. STOP IT.
