Teddy, I know you mean well, and I do not oppose the new facility. But....something this big and so risky should be put to a vote of the taxpayers.

The citizens if Madison should hoverall the facts and figures on thus project and should be allowed to vote on it. As it stands right now thus looks like a boondoggle. .something that we will be left holding the bill for after everyone has run away. We citizens pay for everything in the city with our taxes. We expect you our elected officials to be smart and wise don't let the hype throw you. Tgats all it us hype. Breland and his ilk have promised pie in the sky. No way will it come true. Its not possible
