The West Pennsboro Township Supervisors accepted an application to re-zone about 130 acres from residential to industrial to allow the construction of two warehouse. This warehouse will border many residential properties.
Please sign this if you are opposed to the re-zoning.

The weight of this fight feels heavy today but seeing the momentum grow gives me a reason to stay in it. Your response is proof that we are not alone in wanting to protect these homes.

For the health of our families, please stop putting more trucking warehouses in our backyards. Let rural America remain rural America. There is a reason we live on the outskirts of town; and it isn't to be suffocated by truck pollution.

The zoning is residential for a reason - the area features homes and farms. We chose to live here because it is not zoned commercial (and pay taxes to West Pennsboro). Don't change the zoning. Warehouses can be built where the zoning already allows it. We have more than enough in the area already.

West Pennsboro. We have enough warehouse now. Please stop
building them. Leading to poor air quality, increased traffic on an already crowded and many more accidents and deaths will occur. Please listen to the people who live here. If we keep getting more I will be moving.

Many of the warehouses built recently in our area are sitting with empty space in them. If we are going to re-zone areas it should be with the purpose of enhancing our community and thusly raising property values. We do not need or want more truck traffic or emissions! Our highways are already pushed beyond their capacity and the daily accidents on 81 are proof.

There are enough empty warehouses right down the road. There is no need to destroy more of the natural environment.

My family and I live in West Pennsboro Township, we do not want any more warehouses that are going to sit vacant for who knows how long. They are eyesores to look at! This will greatly affect me and my family. Clean air and nature are more important than concrete and pollution!! It's truly sad that they're even considering this, especially where this is going to be located.
