Habinteg Housing Association is proposing a new 3 storey (plus pitched roof) Apartment block located on 34-36 Bangor Road, Holywood.

· Situated at a highly visible and prominent gateway into Holywood, in an Area of Townscape (ATC) Character.

· Substandard parking that doesn't provide any allocation for visitors, adding to local parking congestion.

· It will block views looking into the conservation area.

· It is out of keeping with neighbouring heritage properties.

· The area is becoming over developed.
